If you need a cheaper alternative to the Rams and Browns this week, look no further then the Dallas Cowboys.

In six straight games, the Cowboys have held their opponents to 23 or fewer points. In fact, only once in 14 games have they allowed an opponent to score more than 24 points. Dallas has also forced at least one turnover in seven straight games. For the season, they rank 11th in the NFL with 82 QB hits and rank as the seventh-best overall defense in the NFL, per our schedule adjusted metrics. Adding to the positives, this week the 'Boys get to tee off against the defense-friendly Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Through 14 games, the Bucs have turned the ball over a league-high 32 times. In the last two weeks, though, they have been a bit more careful with the football (2 turnovers) but have scored just 13.0 points per game. No matter which Bucs squad shows up -- the high flying mistake prone group or the ones struggling to reach the end zone -- the Cowboys are poised to gobble the Bucs up in Week 16. They are 7.5-point favorites while leaving Tampa Bay with an implied point total of just 20.0.

Our models project Dallas for the eighth-most FanDuel points of Sunday’s main slate while costing only $3,700. That leaves them as our third-best value option of the week.
