We've already highlighted teams from two projected low scoring games, but Week 13's lowest scoring matchup might just be the Tennessee Titans and Jacksonville Jaguars on Thursday night. This game has a 37.5-point over/under and will be the second time these two teams face each other -- the first was a 9-6 Titans win in Week 3.

In that Week 3 matchup, the Titans held Blake Bortles to 155 yards passing and sacked him 3 times en route to a top-5 fantasy finish. But as you may know, Bortles will be on the sideline this week after he was benched in favor of Cody Kessler ahead of Week 13.

In Kessler's only start of the season, he led the Jaguars to a 6-0 win over the Indianapolis Colts, but the offense was far from efficient. The Jaguars had 211 yards of total offense, including 150 passing yards from Kessler. While Kessler didn't commit any turnovers, he did take three sacks and the Colts finished the week as a top-10 defense.

One wildcard to this game will be Leonard Fournette's presence. He missed the Week 3 matchup with an injury and did not play in Kessler's start last week due to suspension. But the Titans have been good against opposing running backs, remaining as the only team in the league yet to allow a rushing touchdown to a running back.

In this projected low-scoring affair, the Titans are 4.5-point favorites and make for a decent streaming option at home against Kessler and an anemic Jaguars offense.
