8 Fantasy Football Sleepers for Week 12
Eli Manning, QB, New York Giants
Despite finishing as fantasy football's QB11 last week and averaging 17.5 per game over his last four, Eli Manning is still going under the radar.
He has thrown for either 300 yards or 2-plus touchdowns in 5 of his last 6 games and has topped 17 fantasy points in 5 of his last 8. Not elite numbers, by any stretch, but if waivers have cleared and you're still looking for a quarterback streaming option, Manning is likely available.
The Philadelphia Eagles may look like an intimidating matchup, and they rank a reasonable 16th in numberFire's Adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per play metric, but that hasn't held up in fantasy football.
They have allowed four-straight top-12 fantasy finishes to quarterbacks, even though that stretch of games includes matchups with fantasy football's QB22 (Dak Prescott, who finished QB6 against Philly) and QB26 (Blake Bortles, finished QB12).
They have allowed the sixth-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks on the season, and Eli should keep rolling here.
