3 Daily Fantasy Football Players to Avoid in Week 10

DeVante Parker sure did give the fantasy football community a ray of hope with a Week 8 breakout game in which he corralled 6 Brock Osweiler passes for 134 yards. True to form for the frustrating wideout, he followed that up with a dud last week against the New York Jets, catching just one of two targets for eight yards.

Risk-tolerant fantasy players may look at the matchup with the Packers and consider Parker to be an intriguing contrarian play at just $5,400 on FanDuel. After all, it's highly likely that Green Bay gets out to a lead and the Dolphins have to throw in order to catch up. However, the spot for Parker is not as positive as it appears on the surface.

With Kenny Stills appearing to be back to full health this week (he sat out Parker's Week 8 breakout game), Parker faces more competition for targets. Keep in mind, those targets (or lack thereof) are also coming from Osweiler, one of the worst quarterbacks in the NFL. We have a situation where a player who hasn't done much is expected to get less volume, and that volume is well below league average. One word comes to mind: A-V-O-I-D.
