Nyheim Hines, RB, Indianapolis Colts

Yahoo! Ownership: 7%

Despite some concern of playing time due to fumbling issues this preseason, Nyheim Hines saw plenty of work In Week 1 for the Indianapolis Colts. While fellow rookie Jordan Wilkins got the start with Marlon Mack out with injury, Hines played a significant role in the offense, seeing 12 touches (7 catches, 5 rushes). His nine targets were tied for third-most on the Colts behind T.Y. Hilton and Jack Doyle. The versatile rookie saw the field for 37 snaps – nearly 50% of offensive plays.

In Week 2, the workload looks like it will not change much as Mack has not been able to get a full practice in yet. His absence will lead to more touches for Hines, as will the possible negative game script on Sunday. Indy lost 34-23 to the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 1.

The Colts are 5.5-point underdogs to the Washington Redskins, leaving a pass-heavy game script likely in order again, just as it was versus the Bengals. The matchup carries a 48.0 over/under, tied for the third-highest of the week, leaving plenty of points available for Hines.

With double-digit touches on the horizon, the rookie -- who is available in over 90% of leagues -- should be picked up, especially in PPR leagues.
