Tyrod Taylor, QB, Cleveland Browns

Tyrod Taylor went off for a surprisingly quiet QB6 performance in Week 1, racking up 23.6 fantasy points against Pittsburgh.

It wasn't his arm that lifted him to such a productive day, as he was the only quarterback to finish 13th or better without throwing for multiple touchdowns. His 77 yards and 1 score on the ground did the heavy lifting, accounting for over half of his fantasy points.

Now, production like that isn't going to be sustainable week-to-week, but Taylor is no stranger to scoring big points with his legs. A year ago, 30% of his fantasy points came thanks to his rushing stats, and that mark was up at 35% in 2016 and 30% again in 2015.

Since taking over as a starting quarterback in 2015, he has averaged 5.67 fantasy points per game (36.7 yards and 0.33 touchdowns) on the ground. In other words, a big week like he just had is always going to be well within his range of possible outcomes, and he doesn't need a big game through the air to be fantasy relevant.

He's also not likely to pass as poorly as he did last week over any significant sample. He completed a comically-low 37.5% of his passes on Sunday, with a 2.5% touchdown rate and 2.5% interception rate. If we take all of his worst marks over his first three seasons as a starter, he still destroys those numbers, with a 61.7% completion percentage, 3.3% touchdown rate and 1.6% interception rate.

Week 2 puts him in a great spot to bounce back, taking on a New Orleans Saints defense that just allowed Ryan Fitzpatrick to shred them for 417 yards and 4 touchdowns on 21-of-28 (75.0%) passing.
