Wide Receiver

Chalk

Unlike the other three positions, chalk at wide receiver is likely to not come from the Patriots/Jacksonville game. Both Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs should prove popular this week against an Eagles defense that has allowed the 11th-most FanDuel points to receivers this season. Of the two, Diggs will likely see higher ownership because of his $700 discount -- and the fact that he just scored one of the most memorable touchdowns in NFL history. While he won't have Gronk-type ownership, Diggs will certainly be a popular play thanks to recent events.

Pivot

Keelan Cole, $5,800 (at New England Patriots)

Rostering Keelan Cole this week is not for the faint of heart. However, on a two-game slate, you've got to take chances in order to win tournaments. Cole was a fantasy darling in December, scoring at least 12.4 FanDuel points in four straight weeks, leading many a lineup to strong GPP finishes. Unfortunately for fantasy owners, he fell back in the rotation as Marqise Lee and Allen Hurns returned to full health, and he now sits as the de facto WR4 for Jacksonville.

That's obviously not encouraging, but if Jacksonville wants to win this week, they will likely need to take some chances in the passing game. Cole presents their best opportunity for a game-changing type of play. He only saw two targets last week against Pittsburgh, but the one reception he did have showcased this type of big-play ability. After the Steelers had clawed their way back to within a score at 28-21, Bortles found Cole deep for a 45-yard reception. Fournette took it in on the next play, and the lead was solidified.

If you are in a single-entry tournament and just want to cash, then this is likely not a solid choice for you. The risk in using a boom-or-bust play like Cole is too high, and there are safer options for a similar price. If, however, you want to shoot for the moon and aren't afraid of an exploding fuselage, then Cole could take you there.
