It seems the DraftKings algorithms like Jacoby Brissett's matchup this week. At $5,500, Brissett's price has risen $900 since Week 16, the second-highest jump among quarterbacks (Jimmy Garoppolo's price jumped a whopping $1,400).

Can you blame our pricing overlords?

The Indianapolis Colts get a home game this week against a Houston Texans team that one could easily argue is the second-worst squad in the league. In the past two weeks, the Texans have been outscored 79-13. Since Week 3, they have allowed all but two quarterbacks to score at least 15.5 DraftKings points against them. Those two passers were Kevin Hogan and Joe Flacco.

Brissett played Houston in Week 9 and torched them for 23.52 points. There is no reason to think that he can't approach similar numbers this week.

With other DFS players focused on high-end guys in playoff-impactful situations -- Russell Wilson, Tom Brady, and Ben Roethlisberger -- value plays like Brissett could easily see much lower ownership than they otherwise might. While it may be a slight stretch to throw Brissett into cash games, a stack with T.Y. Hilton could pay huge dividends in tournaments.
