Tom Savage and the Houston Texans are a top target for defensive streamers each week, putting the Tennessee Titans in play for Week 13.

Over the last four games, only one defense to face Houston has finished outside the top 10 in weekly scoring, as Savage has continued to turn the ball over often. He's committed at least one turnover in every game, with multiple turnovers in three of four. It doesn't help that he's taken eight sacks over this same span.

On the other side, Tennessee's defense hasn't been great this year -- they rank 25th, per numberFire metrics -- but they've been productive from a fantasy perspective. Over the past four weeks, the Titans defense has finished as a top-12 option three times. They've forced multiple turnovers in two of their past four while notching multiple sacks in three of those games. Tennessee will also be fresh off an eight-sack performance against Jacoby Brissett.

Vegas has the Titans as a 7.0-point favorite with the Texans having an implied team total of just 17.50, one of the week's lowest. Against a turnover machine in Savage, Tennessee should have plenty of opportunities to put forth a productive fantasy day.
