Orleans Darkwa, RB, NY Giants

This is, amazingly, the second week in a row I've recommended Orleans Darkwa. Why? It has all to do with matchups.

Last week, Darkwa and the Giants faced the woeful Los Angeles Rams run defense. Despite it being a blowout, Darkwa still came through with a respectable 79 total yards and 2 receptions, finishing with a solid 9.9 points. He's been relatively consistent of late, and not just for his price. He's scored at least 7.8 points in his last four games and has topped 14 on two occasions in that time frame.

This week he gets the league-worst San Francisco run defense. They are giving up 32.03 points per week to the position, 4.25 more than the next closest team (the Rams). Adrian Peterson tore them apart last week for 159 yards on the ground, making him one of 12 running backs to score double figures against them this season -- and that's in only nine games.

We project Orleans to finish with a respectable 11.9 fantasy points. If the Giants are able to get out to a sizable lead, he could easily top that.
