Coming off their bye week, the Tennessee Titans will host the Baltimore Ravens Sunday. Despite a 40-point outburst in Week 8, the Ravens' offense has largely struggled this season, ranking as the seventh-worst unit through eight weeks, according to our metrics.

After taking a nasty hit from Kiko Alonso last week, Joe Flacco is expected to make it through the league's concussion protocol and play on Sunday. But prior to last Thursday, Flacco has had a difficult year, throwing more interceptions (8) than touchdowns (6). He's also been sacked multiple times in five of eight games.

On the other side, the Titans defense has been hit or miss. They've been a top-10 unit in three of their seven games, but in those other four games, they finished outside the top 20. This week represents a spot they could be a hit, though -- the Ravens have given up the ninth-most fantasy points to opposing defenses.

Vegas has the Titans listed as a 5.5-point favorite in a game with a 43-point over/under. At home against a turnover-prone Flacco, the Titans are a decent streaming option in Week 9.
