The Tennessee Titans defense hasn't been great this year -- they rank 27th per numberFire metrics -- but in Week 7, they have one of the best matchups on the season as they take on the Cleveland Browns. The Browns have been a popular streaming target, as five out of the six teams to play the Browns have finished the week as a top-12 option.

We don't yet know if it will be DeShone Kizer or Kevin Hogan under center for the Browns, but both quarterbacks have shown they're friendly to opposing defenses this season. After Kizer was benched in part due to throwing 9 interceptions through 5 games, Hogan threw 3 interceptions in his first start last week against the Houston Texans.

On the season, Browns' quarterbacks have been sacked 18 times, 7th most in the league, and the Browns' offensive line has allowed 48 hits on the quarterback, the 2nd-most of any team.

With the quarterback in question for the Browns, there is no over/under for this matchup, but Vegas has the Titans listed as a 6.5 point favorite. Regardless of whether it's Kizer or Hogan, the Titans are a top streaming option this week.
