The "free Mark Ingram" crowd has finally gotten their wish. With Adrian Peterson now in Arizona, Ingram can finally be let loose against opposing defenses. Through four games this season, he's seen just 10.5 carries and 14.25 touches per game, well below his averages for the past few years.

Of running backs with at least 100 carries in the past three seasons, Ingram has finished eighth, fourth, and eighth in Rushing NEP per carry. When he gets the ball, he increases the Saints' chances of scoring.
This week's opponent, the Detroit Lions, has been decent against the run, but they have allowed four backs to score double-digit PPR points in the past three weeks. The Saints have an implied total of 27.25, which bodes well for Ingram's chances of finding the end zone. At $4,400, this could very well be the last time you see him with a price this low.
