DeShone Kizer has the best matchup for fantasy success this week of any value quarterback. The Cleveland Browns head into Indianapolis to take on a Colts defense that has given up more than 300 yards passing in each of the first two weeks this season --against Carson Palmer and Jared Goff -- and may still be without cornerback Vontae Davis, who was limited in practice on Wednesday.

We learned in the preseason that Kizer likes to throw deep, a trait that has carried over into the regular season. He passes the ball more than 15 air yards on over 30% of his passes, according to Rich Hribar. This plays well against the Colts' weakness as they have given up 9.8 yards per attempt this season, second only to the New Orleans Saints.

Kizer is our 10th-ranked signal caller for this week, and we have him projected for 18.5 fantasy points, a return of nearly four times value. A Vontae Davis return would ding Kizer, for sure, but if the Colts are still short-handed in the secondary, there's a lot of upside here.
