T.Y. Hilton, WR, Indianapolis Colts

FanDuel Price: $7,200

DraftKings Price: $5,300

This isn't meant to pick on T.Y. Hilton, who made this same list last week, but let's face it -- the Indianapolis Colts without Andrew Luck and Vontae Davis are really, really bad.

The Colts lost to the Los Angeles Rams 46-9 in Week 1, and their coach couldn't even remember who beat them. As you might expect from the result, Hilton's numbers were underwhelming, catching 3-of-7 targets for 57 yards from Scott Tolzien, who proved to play as poorly as expected, tossing just 128 yards with 2 interceptions.

This week, Hilton is cheaper on both sites (especially DraftKings) and the Colts could go with Jacoby Brissett at quarterback instead of Tolzien. Still, it's hard to imagine a backup quarterback the Colts traded for at the end of the preseason to suddenly become a miracle worker. Even worse, the opposing Arizona Cardinals were ninth against the pass in 2016 by our Net Expected Points (NEP) metric, and Hilton could always get the dreaded Patrick Peterson treatment.

In all, maybe Hilton gets some volume as one of the lone weapons on a team that will be forced to throw, but as last week showed, the offense may struggle too much to even do that. With the Colts showing just an 18.25-point implied total, it's looking like a hard pass on this entire offense until they get Luck back.
