Chris Carson, RB, Seattle Seahawks

Chris Carson was the clear lead back for the Seattle Seahawks in Week 1, playing 53% of the team's offensive snaps, compared to 33% for C.J. Prosise and 14% for Eddie Lacy. He also accounted for a team-high 6 of the 16 carries that Seattle running backs recorded.

In addition to seeing the highest volume, he was the most efficient of the three, posting 0.05 Rushing NEP per attempt, compared to -0.01 for Prosise and an ugly -0.43 for Lacy.

Thomas Rawls will play this week, and while this will certainly cut into Carson's opportunity, it is the horribly inefficient Lacy that will likely lose the most work with Rawls' return.

The Hawks are also likely to have a lot more rushing volume to go around in general this week, as they are huge 14-point favorites against the San Francisco 49ers, which should lead to a significantly more run-heavy gameflow compared to Week 1's loss to the Green Bay Packers.
