2. The Patriots' Pass Rush Is Pretty Mediocre

If there is an area on offense where the Falcons have struggled, it's been keeping Ryan upright to fling passes all over the field to Julio Jones, Mohamed Sanu and speedster Taylor Gabriel, among others.

Overall, the Falcons offensive line has been great this season. Per Pro Football Focus, Atlanta's offensive line took major steps forward in 2016, going from 26th in 2015 all the way up to 4th. But in looking at sack percentage, Ryan hit the turf on 6.13% of his drop backs, good for only 23rd in the league.

Thankfully for Atlanta, the Patriots' pass rush has been pretty poor. Using adjusted sack rate metrics from Football Outsiders, New England checks in 26th with an adjusted sack rate of 5.1%.

Giving Ryan time to throw will be imperative for Atlanta. He will be the best quarterback Tom Brady and company has ever faced in a Super Bowl, and if he's given time, Ryan should be able to move the ball well.
