Wide Receiver

Chalk

In the upper range of pricing, Mike Evans (the most expensive receiver at $8,900) figures to be the most popular player at the position given his matchup against the New Orleans Saints. Antonio Brown ($8,800), Odell Beckham ($8,500), and T.Y. Hilton ($7,600) are also trending toward being high-owned picks.

In the big tier below, Emmanuel Sanders ($5,900), Doug Baldwin ($7,000), and Tyrell Williams ($6,800) have the recent usage, price, and matchups to make them popular picks.

Pivots

Dez Bryant ($7,800) - Like with running back, nobody in the top tier of pricing is looking like a low-owned play. But Bryant is $200 more than Hilton, and Julio Jones ($8,300) is likely going to be limited, so Bryant will likely be underowned.

The matchup against the New York Giants isn't great, as they are the best defense in the league by NEP since Week 7. Still, Bryant leads the position in Reception NEP per target (0.93) among receivers with at least 40 targets this year, a dramatic improvement from last year (0.47). Plus, this game has an over/under of 47.5, third-highest of the week.

Demaryius Thomas ($6,900) - Thomas is looking like a solid pivot from guys like Baldwin and Williams. Thomas is 12th in target market share among receivers this year, and his teammate, Sanders, is 2nd. Sanders is also $1,000 cheaper. In their past three games, though, Thomas is fourth in the target market share category at 30.85%. The Titans rank 32nd against receivers, per our DFS tools.

He'll probably be less popular than his teammate and guys near him in price.

DeSean Jackson ($5,800) - You can also consider Jackson as a pivot from Sanders. Jackson ranks third in yards at the catch per reception among players with at least 30 catches, and the Philadelphia Eagles have given up more plays of 20 yards than any team in football.
