Terrance West has not been an efficient runner this season, but value is hard to come by at running back on this week's main slate. West has a lot working for him that helps make him a solid play despite any efficiency concerns.

The most important thing you can get in a fantasy running back is volume, and West is averaging a shade over 15 carries per game over his last seven outings. He is also also averaging a not-insignificant 1.3 receptions per game, as well.

West finds himself in an excellent matchup this week, taking on our 28th-ranked rush defense in the Cincinnati Bengals. Cincy has allowed top-10 fantasy production to opposing running backs this season.
