James Starks, RB, Green Bay Packers

Despite the Green Bay Packers signing Christine Michael, there's still a lot to like about James Starks this week.

Like Bortles, Starks isn't an especially impressive player from a real-world perspective. Also like Bortles, opportunity and a good matchup can make that nearly irrelevant.

When Eddie Lacy went down in Week 5, Starks played 91% of the Packers' offensive snaps. He missed some time due to injury but played 71% of the team's offensive snaps in his Week 10 return. He saw a decent workload in those games, averaging 12.5 touches per game.

He gets a lot of value from being in a great matchup this week, as Washington has allowed top-10 fantasy production to opposing running backs this season while ranking 22nd in our run defense metrics.
