This week, he faces a Jacksonville Jaguars defense that has allowed just 216.8 passing yards per game -- but 10 total touchdowns to quarterbacks through four weeks. The only problem is now it will cost $1,000 more to roster Hoyer.

Quarterbacks generally play better at home, so you’d expect Hoyer to have another good game this weekend as the Jaguars come to town.
