Bilal Powell, RB, New York Jets

News has been sparse on the issue, but Matt Forte was carted to the New York Jets locker room in Week 4 and was limited at practice on Wednesday. Even if he does play, Forte being hampered by a potential injury could create some extra opportunity for Bilal Powell.

Powell had a slow start to the year. He didn't see the field for even 25% of the Jets' snaps in Week 1 or 2, but he saw 41% of the snaps in Week 3 and 52% in Week 4. He also saw his usage in the passing game pick up again, getting 6 targets in Week 3 and 9 in Week 4, good for 17.6% of the team's total in that span.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing running backs this season, and they have been especially vulnerable to receiving backs, allowing the seventh-most targets and ninth-most receptions to the position. Powell makes an especially strong play in points per reception (PPR) leagues this week.
