5 Fantasy Football Tight End Streaming Options for Week 4
Zach Miller, Chicago Bears
Owned in 42.1% of ESPN Leagues
Zach Miller played 100 percent of the offensive snaps for the Chicago Bears in Week 3 after playing 79 percent of their snaps through the first two weeks. As a result, he was targeted often by new quarterback Brian Hoyer, coming in second for Chicago with nine targets. He turned those targets into 8 catches for 78 yards and 2 touchdowns. His 27.8 PPR points easily led the tight end position.
Expect Hoyer to look Miller's way early and often again in Week 4 against the Detroit Lions, who have given up the most touchdowns (5) and fantasy points to opposing tight ends through three weeks. After allowing the most touchdowns to tight ends in 2015, Detroit's defense doesn't seem to have made many big changes.
Miller leads the Bears in red zone targets through three weeks and has accounted for three of their four targets from inside the 10-yard line. The Bears have struggled offensively but could have an easier time against Detroit's defense that has given up 34-plus points twice already this season. Vegas sees this having the potential to be a shootout, giving it a 46.5-point over/under, which is tied for the fifth-highest of the weekend.
Miller's red zone usage and matchup makes him a high-upside streaming option this week, and he is still available in over 50 percent of ESPN leagues.
