Jonathan Stewart was questionable with an ankle injury going into Week 2's game, and he ended up injuring his hamstring in the game, forcing him out early. This has created some concern about his availability for Week 3.

If Stewart can't go, next in line as the Carolina Panthers' starting running back is Fozzy Whittaker, who posted 100 yards on 16 carries, as well as 3 receptions for 31 yards on 4 targets.

The Carolina Panthers were the second-most run-heavy team in the league in 2015, with a 1.02 pass-run ratio. They were the league's fifth-most run heavy team in Week 1 and had 37 carries as a team compared to 40 pass attempts in Week 2. If Stewart is out, Whittaker will be locked into a big role for Carolina moving forward.
