14. West Virginia Mountaineers - Head coach Bob Huggins once again has the Mountaineers forcing turnovers at an impressive rate. West Virginia turns opponents over on 22.2 percent of possessions -- ranking second in the country -- while averaging just under nine steals per game, which is also within in the top 10.

13. Xavier Musketeers - Xavier's 85.2 points per game ranks 12th nationally in part due to their ability to get to the free throw line. The Musketeers are top 10 in free throws made while in the top 25 in free throws attempted and free throw percentage thanks to averages at 18.5, 24.2, and 77 percent, respectively.

12. Texas Tech Red Raiders - Tech ranks fifth in defensive rating in large part to their top-10 turnover percentage -- they're forcing turnovers on nearly 21 percent of possessions. They're also holding teams under 63 points per game, which is good for seventh in the country.

11. Gonzaga Bulldogs - The Zags are averaging 86.6 points per game (ranking 5th in the country) while shooting just over 50 percent from the field, which ranks 10th. Gonzaga is also fifth in total rebounding percentage, corralling over 56 percent of available misses.
