Bulls' Lonzo Ball (knee surgery) could miss 2023-24 season

Chicago Bulls point guard Lonzo Ball will undergo a third surgery on his left knee that could cause him to miss all of the 2023-24 season.

What It Means:

Ball will miss all of this season due to his left knee and he was limited to only 35 games in 2021-22. There are reportedly concerns about Ball's ability to play again in his career, but both sides are "optimistic" this procedure will get the 25-year-old back on track. Patrick Beverley, Coby White, Alex Caruso, Ayo Dosunmu, and Goran Dragic will handle the point guard minutes for the Bulls for the rest of the season.
