One of the keys to finding success in daily fantasy basketball is uncovering potential value plays. If you're looking to roster a stud player or two, you need to consider squeezing in one of these lower-priced options into your lineup.

Let's take a look at five players who can help fill in the gaps in your lineup on Monday.

Brandon Jennings, PG, New York Knicks

Brandon Jennings has been balling lately, averaging 16.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 4.7 assists in 30.8 minutes over his last three games. Even with regular starter Derrick Rose coming back to the lineup on Sunday, Jennings tied his season-high with 19 points, including a trio of three-pointers.

The New York Knicks visit the Phoenix Suns, who offer the third-best matchup to opposing point guards among teams playing tonight. The Suns rank 25th in defensive efficiency and 2nd in pace, so they're a great team to target. The Knicks' clash with Phoenix has the second-highest over/under on the slate, and New York's implied total of 110.75 points is the highest non-Warriors implied total of the night.

Brandon Knight, SG, Phoenix Suns

Brandon Knight strangely played a season-low 15.8 minutes in his latest game, but he was averaging 25.6 minutes in the five games prior. This year has been a bit rocky for Knight. He's averaging a career-low in minutes, yet he's still proving his worth with per-36 minute marks of 18.9 points, 4.2 rebounds and 4.3 assists.

Tonight, Knight is projected, per our models, to net the eighth-most FanDuel points among shooting guards, and as we just mentioned, this is a game to target.

Kent Bazemore, SF, Atlanta Hawks

After missing the last two games, Kent Bazemore is scheduled to be in the lineup tonight. Bazemore had been on the decline, averaging just 9.0 points in his last fives games, but when logging at least 30 minutes this year, he is averaging 16.3 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 3.6 assists.

Bazemore boasts the highest projected value among small forwards playing tonight, and Atlanta features a solid implied total of 106.25 points.

Terrence Jones, PF, New Orleans Pelicans

Projected FanDuel Points: 21.4
Projected FanDuel Value: 4.75

Terrence Jones has had an up-and-down December, alternating between impressive outings and measly performances. If the trend continues, Jones could be productive tonight playing the big-man role in a small-ball lineup versus the up-tempo Golden State Warriors. It's a matchup featuring the highest over/under of the night at 225.

According to our Heatmap, the Warriors are second in pace and allow the third-most FanDuel points to opponents.

Kyle O'Quinn, C, New York Knicks

Joakim Noah has been sporadic all season and still hasn't been himself, which has allowed Kyle O'Quinn to seize the moment. Over the past five games since Noah's latest return, O'Quinn has bested him in all major categories, posting per-game averages of 10.8 points, 9.4 rebounds, and 2.0 blocks in 22.5 minutes.

Until further notice, O'Quinn is the Knicks' center to play. The Knicks run with the Suns tonight, who are second in the league in pace.
