Rajon Rondo at $7,900 is coming close to the edge of the definition of "stud," but his recent play warrants it. He's coming off of a triple-double against Portland on Tuesday, and he's averaging 12.3 points, 10.2 assists, 5.0 rebounds and 1.9 steals per game over the past month, good for 33.8 FanDuel points per game.

He's up against a Timberwolves team tonight that is an absolute mess on the defensive end. Minnesota ranks 28th in Defensive Rating, while allowing the league's 3rd-highest Effective Field Goal percentage. They're also allowing the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing point guards.

Rondo ranks second among point guards in rebounds and first in assists per game, and his diverse numbers not only give him huge upside, as he showed on Tuesday, but also make him a fairly safe option, as he can contribute and put up solid fantasy numbers no matter how the game plays out.
