Hassan Whiteside has been putting up outstanding numbers recently, averaging 38.9 FanDuel points per game over the past month. In that span, he's averaging 17.8 points, 12.4 rebounds and 3.0 blocks per game, despite playing only 30.5 minutes per game, giving him a very impressive 1.3 FanDuel points per minute.

Whiteside has a fairly favorable matchup tonight, too. As they try to stay alive in the playoff hunt, the Bulls have been looking like an absolute mess. They rank 25th with a 111.2 Defensive Rating over the past month. Chicago ranks 13th in Offensive Rebound Rate on the season, but they also rank 22nd in Defensive Rebound Rate. Over the past month, they're averaging 4.3 fewer rebounds per game than their season average, a decline of almost 10 percent.

The Bulls have also struggled against bigs from a fantasy standpoint all season and are allowing the seventh-most fantasy points per game to opposing centers and the sixth-most to power forwards.

Whiteside is looking like he will be a game-time decision tonight, so that's worth monitoring, but as long as he plays, he will be an outstanding fantasy option. If he doesn't play, it's an easy swap from Whiteside to another solid option at center in Pau Gasol, who is $200 cheaper and who our projections really like tonight.
