The Houston Rockets have pretty well put their slow start to the season all the way behind them, as they moved up into third place in the Western Conference this week, and saw their playoff probability nudge up from 99.2% to 100.0% in the process.

The Los Angeles Clippers became a "sure thing" this week, just like no one expected when they traded Tobias Harris midseason.

Otherwise, all six teams in this tier have postseason probabilities of 99% or more, but neither has managed to clinch a playoff berth just yet.
