The Detroit Pistons are playing way up in pace tonight. They rank only 22nd on the season, but they'll be taking on a New Orleans Pelicans team that ranks 5th, making this a far more fantasy-friendly game than we usually see the Pistons in.

The fantasy appeal against the Pels is aided by a 26th-ranked defensive rating, and this spot is even dreamier with Anthony Davis out. Their sixth-ranked rebound rate is a lot less intimidating when they're missing Davis and his hefty 19.0% rebound rate and 13.3 boards per game.

Blake Griffin is more than capable of doing some damage on the glass, averaging 8.1 rebounds per game this season, but its his offensive upside against New Orleans that is really interesting. His 26.0 points and 18.3 field goal attempts per game are both career-highs, while he's adding 5.2 assists per game as well.

He's topped 50 FanDuel points in 3 of his last 6 games (and 5 of his last 10), and he's got a great shot to do it again tonight.

This spot gets even better if Andre Drummond (concussion) doesn't return tonight, as Griffin has averaged 48.3 FanDuel points per game in two contests without Drummond, compared to 43.5 per game when Drummond plays this season. His rebound rate also jumps from 11.1% in minutes with Drummond on the floor to 15.4% with Drummond off this season.
