3 NBA DraftKings Studs to Target on 1/16/19

Stud. New Orleans. Clearly I'm writing about Anthony Davis, right? While Davis should 100% be considered as part of your lineup this evening, there are other studs on his team that are capable of big games. Of those, you should keep your eye on Jrue Holiday tonight.

While it's easy to be overshadowed by a teammate who can put up 80-plus DraftKings points per game, Jrue is holding his own. In his 10th career season, Holiday is in the midst of perhaps his best overall campaign. He is averaging 20.8 points, 8.2 assists, 4.6 boards, 1.7 steals, 0.8 blocks, and 0.6 triples per game, all of which constitute career highs.

He's averaging 43.4 DraftKings points per game this year, a number that looks low when looking at his recent meetings against the Golden State Warriors, tonight's opponent. Holiday has scored at least 48.25 DraftKings points in each of his past three contests against the reigning champs, and with an over set at 241 tonight, it's very easy to see him getting close to -- or exceeding -- that output again.

Our models have him projected for 42.6 DraftKings points, but we have his upside at 59.6 if he can put it all together. I wouldn't bet against him.
