3 NBA DraftKings Studs to Target on 12/19/18

There has been a clear number one fantasy player on DraftKings this season (and in pretty much every other format), and that is none other than New Orleans Pelicans center Anthony Davis. Davis enters tonight's game with an average of 60.0 DraftKings points per game, yet his price is still somehow below the $12,000 range we've come to expect in past years when guys like Westbrook or James Harden were out there scoring 60-plus points per game. Take advantage.

The Pelicans host the Milwaukee Brewers tonight in what is expected to be the highest scoring game of the night with a total set at 235.5 points. Davis will have to shoulder even more of the load tonight if he's to will the Pels to their 16th win of the season and a .500 record.

New Orleans will likely be without Nikola Mirotic and Julius Randle, both of whom are doubtful. While we'll see guys like Cheick Diallo and Jahlil Okafor get extended minutes, their absence could (should?) push Davis past 40 minutes for the 10th time this season.

Davis will score at will. Davis will grab all the boards and block all the shots. Davis will continue to refuse to shave his Brow, but that's OK, because it gives him special powers on the court. Our models project him to score 58.1 DraftKings points tonight.
