Anthony Davis, PF, New Orleans Pelicans

Price: $12,800

Is it ever a surprise to see Anthony Davis in this article?

There have been 13 instances of a player dropping at least 70 FanDuel points in a game this year. Seven players have done it only once, LeBron James has done it twice, and Davis makes up the other four.

His floor has been absolutely absurd, with no fewer than 58.6 FanDuel points in any of his last six games, and that stretch includes two of his 70-plus performances. Over those six games, he's averaging 65.5 FanDuel points, and on the year, nobody is within even 6 points of his 60.3 FanDuel points per game average.

The San Antonio Spurs aren't a matchup to get excited about, but with a middling 17th-ranked rebound rate and 14th-ranked defensive rating, they're also not a team that should scare you off of Davis and his dominance. The Spurs are also playing on the second half of a back-to-back here, and with them having seven players see at least 24 minutes last night (and two with at least 39, including LaMarcus Aldridge in the frontcourt), this matchup should be a bit softer than usual.
