That's unlikely to happen tonight when the Sixers host the Los Angeles Clippers in what should be one of the closest, highest-scoring games of the night. The Sixers are just five-point favorites in a game with a total set at 230.0.

Embiid had scored at least 30 points in 11 of his 94 games heading into this season. He's already scored 30 or more in five of his eight games this year. He is 10th in the league in scoring, tied for seventh in rebounding, and tied for sixth in blocks. His 4.1 assists per game are a career-high, as is his 83.6% free throw percentage. There is no such thing as "hack-a-Embiid" (that doesn't have quite the same ring as "hack-a-Shaq", does it?) because he will simply make you pay from the line if you try.
