3 NBA DraftKings Studs to Target on 10/19/18

Perhaps it's because he's located in the mountain west, but Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert always seems to go under the radar. His performances certainly warrant more eyes and words.

Gobert started off the season on a high note against the Sacramento Kings, compiling 19 points, 15 boards, and 3 blocks en route to 44.25 DraftKings points, fifth-highest amongst centers on the loaded Wednesday slate. He'll get another plus matchup tonight against the Golden State Warriors.

Gobert has generally performed well against the Warriors -- he's had at least 41.5 DraftKings points in four of his past seven matchups against them -- but Golden State's carousel at the five spot makes tonight's matchup even more enticing.

He'll get to face off against Damian Jones, Kevon Looney, and Jordan Bell. Well, maybe Jordan Bell -- he only played seven minutes in the opener.

Draymond Green could of course shift over at times like he did against the Oklahoma City Thunder, but Steven Adams exposed that group's weakness against bigs on Tuesday, finishing with 17 points, 11 boards, 4 assists, and 2 steals.

We have Gobert ranked as the fifth-best center on the slate this evening, but if the cards fall right, he could easily be number one.
