The Memphis Grizzlies

The Memphis Grizzlies are here to challenge the Mavs for the worst on-paper team tonight as they will face the New Orleans Pelicans without the assistance of Tyreke Evans, JaMychal Green, Andrew Harrison, Wayne Selden Jr., and potentially MarShon Brooks.

If Brooks ($4,100) suits up, he would be a very appealing tournament target. He has looked like he's still playing in the Chinese Basketball Association, averaging 22.5 points on a ridiculous 35.9% usage rate in his first two games with the team. If healthy, he could push for close to 30 minutes, which is an exciting proposition given his 1.63 DraftKings points per minute thus far.

The more reliable Brooks is also worth a long look as Dillon Brooks ($4,600) is playing all the minutes he can handle for the Grizz. He logged 38 minutes for Memphis in their most recent game, and if this one stays remotely competitive, he will see huge playing time again. His 0.65 DraftKings points per minute are not appealing, but the playing time is enough to negate it.

Ben McLemore ($3,300) could actually wind up being the strongest play on the team, especially if MarShon Brooks sits. McLemore played 29 minutes with Brooks out in their most recent game, and we have seen him be a productive fantasy asset when given the minutes. He saw his price tag rise as high as $5,400 earlier this season, so he is an absolute steal at near-minimum salary. He has a 0.83 DraftKings points per minute mark with Evans and Harrison off the floor, which could rise even further in an uptempo matchup against the Pels. If Brooks plays, McLemore is a tournament-only option. If he sits, McLemore is a terrific play in all formats.

Other options include Jarell Martin ($4,700), Ivan Rabb ($3,300), and Deyonta Davis ($3,200), who have been picking up additional minutes with Marc Gasol's minutes being limited. Rabb and Davis have much stronger per-minute production, but Martin is more likely to push for 30-plus minutes. None stand out as cash-game options unless Gasol sits.
