While he's solidly behind Harden as far as being a top cash-game play, Russell Westbrook does offer similar appeal in tournaments, despite the hefty price tag.

That difference in salary between he and Harden is likely to keep Westbrook's ownership percentage relatively low, while the Oklahoma City Thunder are one of the only teams that draws a truly favorable fantasy matchup today as they take on the Kings. Sacramento ranks 27th in defensive rating since the break, allowing top-10 marks in both field goal and three-point percentage. They also rank 28th in rebound rate and are allowing an above-average mark in assists per game in that stretch.

Russ is league's premier triple-double threat, and he's facing a team giving up big numbers in all three of those areas. His last few performances have been solid but unspectacular. But we need to go back to just the beginning of March for the last time Russ eclipsed 70 fantasy points, and he ranks second in the NBA with 19 games of 60-plus fantasy points this year, so he continues to offer an outstanding ceiling.
