Prior to missing that game, Irving was in the midst of a four-game stretch in which he averaged 46 DraftKings points in just 30 minutes. If not for a couple blowouts, Irving could have seen even bigger point totals.

Tonight's game should remain competitive, as the Celtics are just 2.5-point favorites against Minnesota. The Wolves have been a below-average defense on the year, coming in with the seventh-worst defensive efficiency, but they have been even worse with Butler off the floor. Per nbawowy.com, the Wolves have surrendured 1.203 points per possession with Butler off, as opposed to 1.089 points per possession with him on. While that may not seem like a huge difference, at the 98.1 possessions the Wolves average, they would allow 118 points per game with Butler off, as opposed to 106.8 with him on.

Irving should benefit from the additional scoring opportunities, especially with an advantageous individual matchup against Jeff Teague. The Wolves have given up top-10 production to opposing point guards, and Kyrie already dropped 42.75 DraftKings points against them. At this price tag, Irving is worth a look in all formats in a great spot against Minnesota.
