Dejounte Murray, PG, San Antonio Spurs

DraftKings Salary: $5,800

Dejounte Murray has seen mixed results since being moved into the starting five for the San Antonio Spurs, with the most concerning factor being his inability to push for 30-plus minutes. With a DraftKings per minute average of over one point, it is frustrating to see Murray's ceiling capped by his workload, but he's remained productive regardless. He's averaging 30.5 DraftKings points in eight games as a starter, with his 8.7 rebounds per game really standing out.

It is rare for over one-third of a point guard's production to come on the glass but it is not a fluke in this instance. His 9.9 rebounds per 36 minutes leads all qualified point guards, with Russell Westbrook (9.3) the only dude only coming close.

The reason it is worth highlighting his rebounding ability in this specific matchup is that the Phoenix Suns rank 20th in rebounding rate as a whole and have allowed the 4th-most rebounds per game to opposing point guards. With the 5'9" Tyler Ulis expected to match up with Murray (who stands at 6'5"), another double-digit rebounding performance could be in the cards.

Murray also leads all Spurs in transition scoring, so he should thrive in this up-tempo matchup against the Suns. Blowout risk is certainly a factor here, but Murray has been doing his damage in under 30 minutes per game anyway. He is a strong option in any format at this price.
