Kyle Lowry, PG, Toronto Raptors

After playing a surprisingly small role in the Toronto Raptors' offense to start the season, Kyle Lowry's usage rate has climbed to a reasonable 23.2% over the past two weeks, giving him some increased offensive upside.

He has already been producing terrific peripheral numbers this year, with a 30.7% assist rate and career-high 11.1% rebound rate. He has averaged 22.2 points, 9.0 rebounds, 6.6 assists, and 1.4 steals per game over those past two weeks.

The Phoenix Suns are an outstanding fantasy matchup for players at all positions, playing at the league's second-fastest pace while ranking bottom-three in defensive rating and allowing top-five marks in points, rebounds, and steals, as well as the 13th-most assists per game. Lowry's well-rounded production makes those numbers especially appealing, particularly because the Suns also allow the league's most FanDuel points per game to opposing point guards.
