Marc Gasol, C, Memphis Grizzlies

DraftKings Salary: $7,200

Marc Gasol has slowed down a bit in November. Perhaps his ankle is a bigger issue than the Memphis Grizzlies are letting on, but he hasn't displayed much of a ceiling lately. As a result, his price has fallen to the point where he needs just 36 DraftKings points to reach five-times his salary implied value. Considering he boasts a 39.4 average on the season and has yet to post a sub-30 DraftKings point game, that price seems quite fair.

Gasol will look to get back to the dominant form he displayed early in the season in a matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks, who have given up some monster performances to opposing bigs this season. They rank 25th in rebounding rate as a team, and while John Henson and Thon Maker are capable shot blockers, they prefer to hang around the rim and do not match up well with a stretch-big such as Gasol. Since they removed Greg Monroe from the rotation and inserted Henson as the starter, they have faced three "stretch-bigs" who have played at least 25 minutes -- Kevin Love, LaMarcus Aldridge, and Kyle Kuzma. Those three combined to average 50.8 DraftKings points in their games against Milwaukee.

Gasol's recent skid and Memphis' slate-low 98.75 point implied team total make him a tough sell in cash games, especially on a slate loaded with center options. However, the upside is there for a big performance at a discounted price tag, making him an awesome tournament play.
