Kelly Oubre hsa stepped into a larger role for the Washington Wizards in the early going this season, playing over 34 minutes per game with both Markieff Morris and Jason Smith out of the lineup. Smith's status is still up in the air for tonight, but Oubre would be looking at somewhere around 35 minutes again if Smith sits.

He needs just 21 DraftKings points to justify his price tag, which shouldn't be hard to come by with big minutes in the game that has the highest over/under (222.5 points) by 8 points. The up-tempo nature of this game suits Oubre perfectly, as he makes his value by piling up counting stats and getting buckets in transition. He is a low-usage player, so the floor is definitely low. However, if you want to fit in two studs onto your roster, you are going to need to take a chance on near-minimum priced players in good spots, such as Oubre.
