Jeremy Lamb will get his shot at a consistent starting role due to Nicolas Batum's elbow injury, which will keep Batum sidelined a minimum of six to eight weeks.

As a starter in five games last season, Lamb posted eye-catching averages of 15.2 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 2.6 assists. Lamb's rebound totals will likely take a hit with the arrival of Dwight Howard, but he is sure to make his presence felt elsewhere while Batum remains out.
