Outside of a 23-point loss to the New Orleans Pelicans in which he played just 22 minutes, Nurkic has topped 30 FanDuel points in all but two of his 17 games as a starter. He's matched that dependable ceiling with plenty of upside, with totals of 40.8, 40.9, 42.6, 51.4, and 77 FanDuel points to his name as a member of Rip City.

The Blazers take on the Denver Nuggets team that traded Nurk a little over a month ago, which will present the big fella with his first chance at revenge. Vegas sees this one going well for Portland, who is projected to outscore their season average by nearly five points. Their 112.5-point implied team total is the sixth-highest on the slate and the 223.5-point over/under ranks fourth.

In seven games Nurkic has played in with an over/under of at least 220 as a member of the Blazers, he has averaged 35.7 FanDuel points, as opposed to 25 in all the other games with Portland. Albeit, that is a small sample size, but the high-scoring nature of this game should do nothing but benefit the big man.

The advantageous game script and revenge narrative are reasons to love the Bosnian big man tonight. He's a solid option in all formats.
