Brook Lopez, C, Brooklyn Nets

FanDuel Price: $7,000

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Despite being in a good spot against the New York Knicks, Brook Lopez isn't likely to be overly popular.

Rudy Gobert should bully around an undersized Cleveland Cavaliers frontcourt and is likely to continue to be popular with Derrick Favors out. Nikola Vucevic has also been playing excellent recently.

Guillermo Hernangomez is probably going to be the chalk at center with Kristaps Porzingis expected to miss tonight's game. All things considered, Lopez will probably come in as only the third- or fourth-most popular center on the slate.

Why You Should Use Him:

Even for a tanking Brooklyn Nets team, Lopez has maintained his high level of play, averaging 34.7 FanDuel points over his last three games. He should continue playing well against New York, who has been susceptible on the interior this year.

No team on this slate has allowed more FanDuel points to opposing centers than the Knicks, including Lopez's dreadful Nets defense. More playing time for Hernangomez is a good thing for opposing centers, as the youngster has the worst DRPM among the team's bigs, ranking 43rd among qualified centers. With Porzingis unlikely to suit up, Lopez should score at will.

This game is expected to remain competitive, with the Nets listed as just four-point underdogs. In games Brooklyn has kept close this season, Lopez has played much better. He should thrive in an up-tempo game, in which Brooklyn is expected to outscore their season average by nearly four points.

Lopez rarely sees big minutes and has exhibited some inconsistent play as such, which makes him hard to trust in cash games. The matchup is as good as it gets, though, and he is a terrific play in tournaments.
