Andrew Wiggins, SF, Minnesota Timberwolves

FanDuel Price: $7,900

Andrew Wiggins has put up back to back duds in possibly the worst matchups available, against the Spurs and Utah Jazz. In the eight games prior to that, he was on a ridiculous streak, averaging 43.9 FanDuel points without a single game below 35 FanDuel points. His 17 points against San Antonio was also the first time he put up less than 20 points in a game since January 17 -- another matchup with Leonard and the Spurs.

Tonight's game provides for an excellent opportunity for a return to the huge numbers he was putting up. Not only does he have an easier individual matchup, but the game should be much more up-tempo and high-scoring than a matchup with Utah or San Antonio. The Minnesota Timberwolves have the seventh-highest implied team total (109.25 points) against the Portland Trail Blazers tonight, but it is the second-highest among teams that don't carry blowout potential (spread of five or less points).

When Minnesota has played with at least a 106 point implied team total this season, Wiggins has averaged 25.4 points and 35.7 FanDuel points, as opposed to 19 and 26 in all other games. In games with an over/under of at least 212 points, his average has jumped to 36.8 FanDuel points.

Wiggins has proven that he performs much better in up-tempo games this season, and given the game script tonight, a bounce-back game should be right around the corner. He is a viable option in all formats tonight.
