Hassan Whiteside, C, Miami Heat

FanDuel Price: $8,800

Hassan Whiteside has been excellent this season, outside of the occasional blip on the radar when head coach Erik Spoelstra has gotten frustrated with his effort and pulled him in favor of Willie Reed. Spoelstra won't have that luxury on Wednesday, as Reed will be sidelined once again. Whiteside played 38 minutes in the last game without Reed and could very well see that kind of playing time tonight.

If he sees minutes in the upper 30's against the Philadelphia 76ers, he should have no trouble reaching value. The Miami Heat have an implied team total of 111 points, which is the sixth-highest on the slate and nearly nine points above their season scoring average.

In 14 games with an implied team total of at least 110 points over the past two seasons, Whiteside has averaged 41 FanDuel points, up from 36.1 in all other games. With an over/under above 210 points, he has averaged 38.9 FanDuel points.

Whiteside also has the best matchup of any center on tonight's slate, as the Sixers have allowed the second-most FanDuel points to opposing centers. Their rebounding rate of 48.7% ranks just 24th, a number that has dropped to 27th (48.1%) with Joel Embiid and Nerlens Noel off the court, per nbawowy.com.

Without Embiid and Noel, they've also been forced to give heavy minutes to Jahlil Okafor, who ranks dead last among 69 centers in defensive real plus-minus.

Given his past performance in projected shootouts, along with the advantageous matchup against Philadelphia, Whiteside is one of the best plays at a loaded center position and is a viable play in all formats.
