There are countless different ways you could go with your one center spot on FanDuel today. What is most important regarding Greg Monroe's ownership is the fact that Nikola Vucevic, Mason Plumlee, Steven Adams, and Jonas Valanciunas all are in better matchups than him and should detract ownership at similar price points.

Why You Should Use Him:

The San Antonio Spurs were finally able to slow the Moose down in his most recent game, holding him to "just" 27.8 FanDuel points. In the five games prior to that, he had averaged 36.4 FanDuel points and hadn't fallen below 30 in a single game.

He's finally seeing the minutes he deserves, playing 30.2 minutes per game over his past six, and if he is given 30-plus against Miami, he should have no trouble reaching value.

The Heat rank in the bottom-10 in FanDuel points allowed to opposing centers and rebounding rate. While Hassan Whiteside is often thought of as a quality defender, opposing posts have had their way with him in the low post. Last season, he allowed the second-most points in the post, and he's allowed the seventh-most among centers. As a team, the Heat have allowed the second-most points via the post up this season.

If Monroe continues to see big minutes, he has exciting upside in this matchup. The fact that he is cheap and should have reduced ownership is just an added bonus.
