David Freese (forearm) returns for Pirates on Monday

Pittsburgh Pirates third baseman David Freese (forearm) is starting in Monday's series opener against the Colorado Rockies.

What It Means:

Freese was unavailable for Sunday's game against the St. Louis Cardinals due to a right forearm contusion but he's apparently better now. The 35-year-old veteran will replace Colin Moran at the hot corner and bat cleanup versus Rockies left-hander Kyle Freeland on Monday.

numberFire's models project Freese to score 12.0 FanDuel points at a cost of $3,600 on Monday.
